Q: I am relocating to Jacksonville, Florida and am looking for an agent who can find me a single family home to rent.

A: In our area, rentals do not pay very much commission and many are listed on public websites like CraigsList rather than on the Multiple Listing Service. But there are agents who specialize. I would try calling one of the larger companies in the area and asking to speak to the broker in charge. Ask who they have that does a lot of rentals. Good luck!
