Q: Can my realtor see all of my offers made before and after he was ?employed? to be my Realtor?
?Melody, Mesa, AZ
A: Your Realtor can see whatever you allow him to see ? you are the boss. Whether he is your agent, a dual agent (if allowed in your state) or a transaction broker, your Realtor has a duty of confidentiality. He is not allowed to disclose any information related to you or your real estate transaction which has been gained in confidence to a third party without your permission, unless the disclosure is required by law.
